What started as an idea became a day full of meaning. Our Beta Club members delivered holiday cheer to St. Helena nursing home residents by playing bingo and assisting with delivering Christmas gifts. They took time to truly connect with the residents. The Cards of Kindness initiative was led by one of our newly inducted members. They handmade holiday cards and shared meaningful conversations. ✨ Classy Ladies Society Session Recap ✨ Today was about identity, confidence, and truth. We reminded our girls that their voices matter, their stories matter, and who they are is not up for debate. We spoke life. We broke lies. We affirmed one another. We dreamed boldly. Central Louisiana AHEC is pleased to announce that the following learners from our school were selected this year to be a part of one of the following programs: CI: Healthcare (January 8th at FRAN-U in Baton Rouge), or Day with the Doctors (February 5th at LSU Medical School in New Orleans), or DASH into Dentistry (March 3rd at School of Dentistry-LSU School of Dentistry in New Orleans).
