The bad weather is moving rapidly through the area. However, everything is delayed until conditions improve! It is NOT safe to have children at the bus stop right now. All bus drivers have been notified to drive with extreme caution and NOT move unless it is safe to do so. Electricity is still out at some homes and the schools. Parents, the school day will not be counted against your children if you decide to keep them home. Please share this message with family and friends!
Just notified that the strongest winds are moving out of the Greensburg area. However, severe thunderstorm warnings are still active and it is NOT SAFE to have your kids at the bus stop. There is a tornado warning until 7:15am. All buses will NOT move until it is safe to drive on the roads. We were just notified that electricity is not stable at the schools. If you choose to keep your children home today it will not be counted against them. Thank you for your patience as we deal with these real-time weather issues. Due to plumbing issues, the Early Learning Center will be closed tomorrow, Wednesday, March 5, 2025. Contractors will be on-site to complete necessary repairs, which will require shutting off the water system. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to resolve the issue.
