End-of-Year Success Worth Celebrating!
As we close out the 2025-2026 school year, we are proud to share that 89% of St. Helena learners reached 60+ Zearn lessons, earning us the #2 spot among participating districts statewide.
This achievement reflects the dedication of our learners, the commitment of our educators, and the support of our families. Together, we continue to prove that when high expectations meet hard work, great things happen.

Congratulations to our learners who were accepted into the Southeastern STEM Scholars Internship Program at Southeastern Louisiana University! Beginning in July 2026 and continuing through March 2027, these individuals will participate in an immersive experience designed to prepare them for success in STEM careers. Through faculty, industry, and peer mentoring, project-based learning, ACT preparation, career planning, and college readiness activities, they will gain valuable knowledge and skills for their future. We are proud of these learners for embracing this incredible opportunity and representing St. Helena Parish with excellence. We look forward to watching them grow as future leaders, innovators, and problem-solvers.

At St. Helena Parish School District, we are committed to preparing our learners for success beyond high school. Through Louisiana's Jump Start Program, they have the opportunity to gain real-world skills, earn industry-based credentials, and explore high-wage, high-demand career pathways.
We are proud to recognize four of our learners who are currently participating in the Welding Program at Northshore. They are not only learning a valuable trade, but they are also gaining hands-on experience that can lead directly to career opportunities after graduation. As an added benefit, they will earn a stipend upon successful completion of the program.
Seven of our SHCCA Pharmacy Club members are attending the Center of Excellence (COE) Summer Enrichment Program at Xavier University. It is a highly competitive, multi-week academic initiative designed to introduce high school and undergraduate kids to careers in the healthcare and pharmacy professions! #StHelenaWINNING
