Learners in our 9th grade academy were heavily engaged in their class discussion lead by Mr. Johnson, around the importance of creating a business plan when starting a business in Entrepreneurship class today.
Today, Star Academy’s 8th grade learners read and discussed an excerpt from Plato’s “The Allegory of the Cave” to determine Plato’s underlying message using evidence from the text.
It was a very busy day in Mrs. Alfred's Environmental Science class as learners analyzed graphs & data on how greenhouse gasses effect the atmosphere and global warming.
In PreCalculus, learners work diligently to find their solution to systems of equations using matrices while their teacher (Ms. Duggimpudi) checks their final solution.

Today in World History, learners were exploring different cultures by analyzing a video clip of African learners being introduced to American culture.
On Wednesday, October 19, 2022, we will host our first Social Studies Family Engagement Night. Our Social Studies team planned and prepared fun and engaging activities based on their grade level to have learners , parents and other community stakeholders participate in.
