The best part? Learners were demonstrating progress toward mastery of the lesson objective through active participation and independent practice! 🎯👏

After unpacking the lesson structure, teachers took a deeper dive into planning for math fluency—strengthening their understanding of how intentional fluency practice supports mathematical thinking, accuracy, and efficiency.

Mrs. Manning had her learners moving, listening, and learning during their phonics lesson! As she said each word, learners had to listen carefully and “walk” each sound they heard, helping them segment words into individual sounds.
This hands-on approach gave learners an opportunity to connect movement with phonemic awareness while actively demonstrating their understanding. 👏🏾📚
