Congratulations to the Opportunity NOW learners at St. Helena College and Career Academy on an outstanding achievement—winning the 2026 Louisiana School Boards Association (LSBA) Video Contest!
As part of this year’s competition, schools were challenged to produce a video that highlights the people, programs, experiences, clubs, and events that make their school a place where possibilities are endless. SHCCA rose to that challenge and delivered a powerful representation of what makes our school community exceptional.
At St. Helena College and Career Academy, we continue to demonstrate what it means to “punch above our weight.” Through strong instructional practices, real-world learning experiences, and a culture grounded in high expectations, our learners are equipped to compete—and win—at the highest levels.
This accomplishment further highlights the power of our district’s vision and the impact of providing access to programs such as dual enrollment, industry-based certifications, and innovative learning platforms that prepare learners for success beyond high school.
