St. Helena Parish School District Welcomes Jason St. Pierre as Principal of St. Helena College and Career Academy
Greensburg, Louisiana – The St. Helena Parish School District is proud to announce the appointment of Mr. Jason St. Pierre as the new principal of St. Helena College and Career Academy (SHCCA). District leaders are thrilled to welcome an accomplished educational leader whose experience, vision, and unwavering commitment to learner success will help propel our high school to even greater heights. Mr. St. Pierre brings an exceptional record of innovative thinking and a proven ability to create opportunities that expand what is possible for learners.
"We are absolutely elated to welcome Mr. Jason St. Pierre to the St. Helena Parish School District family," said Dr. Kelli Joseph, Superintendent. "His reputation as a transformational leader precedes him. He brings a wealth of experience and the tenacity to turn vision into reality. Most importantly, he has consistently created access and opportunity for the students he has served, and we are confident he will do the same for the learners of St. Helena Parish."
This appointment is especially meaningful because Mr. St. Pierre is no stranger to St. Helena Parish. Several years ago, the district contracted with him to help launch the PJ's Coffee House located on the campus of St. Helena College and Career Academy. During that initiative, he also provided mentorship and support to the school's principal.
"Working with Mr. St. Pierre during the launch of our PJ's Coffee House gave me the opportunity to see his leadership up close," Dr. Joseph said. "From that moment on, I knew he was someone I wanted to bring to St. Helena Parish. I have been working to recruit him ever since because I knew the impact he could make for our learners. Today, that vision has become a reality."
We believe Mr. St. Pierre's leadership will strengthen our commitment to rigorous instruction while expanding opportunities for learners through career pathways, college readiness, and meaningful community partnerships.
"We didn't just hire a principal. We gained a leader who knows how to inspire people, build strong systems, and make things happen for kids," Dr. Joseph added. "He will open doors for our learners and create opportunities that will have a lasting impact on their futures. We are incredibly excited about what lies ahead."
