Virtual Academy Summer Program 2026

Registration Information
St. Helena Parish School District is now offering summer courses through its Virtual Academy for those students who need credit recovery, high school graduation cohort recovery, or advancement in their course work. Students will use the Imagine Learning Edgenuity online platform. Promotion is based on grades and completion rate earned in the program. The deadline to complete each course is Friday, July 24, 2026, at 12:00pm CST. Failure to complete the entire course will result in a failing grade.

Registration Dates:
Monday, May 18, 2026 – Friday, May 29, 2026, at 3:00pm CST
LATE REGISTRATION: Monday, June 1, 2026 – Wednesday, June 3, 2026
Summer Session Timeframe: Monday, June 1, 2026 - Friday, July 24, 2026

COST PER COURSE

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR SCHOOL PRINCIPAL MUST APPROVE YOUR APPLICATION BEFORE ANY PAYMENT IS MADE.
Individuals who attend St. Helena Parish Schools - $35.00
Individuals who attend schools OUTSIDE of St. Helena Parish - $65.00
--Audit Course - $30.00
--Late Registration Fee - $25.00

Thank you for selecting our virtual academy. Please review the information below to register for your summer courses.

  • Review the course(s) you need.

  • Complete the online application.

    NOTE: Be sure to include an accurate email address. This is how you will receive your ID and Password.

  • You will receive an email notification once your application is approved by your school principal or principal's designee. Then, you will be able to make your online payment through our School Cash Online platform by clicking on the link in the email you receive.

    You will access your course(s) once all your approved application and payment is received. Individuals

    who successfully register will simply go to our website home page and click on the VIRTUAL ACADEMY link to log in. It's that simple!

Step 1: Select the class or classes you want. Write down the name and course code.

Step 2: Complete the online application. Once you submit your application, it will automatically be forwarded to your school principal or principal’s designee for review and approval. You will receive an email notification informing you whether your application has been approved or denied. If approved, additional instructions will be provided regarding payment submission through School Cash Online. If your application is denied, you must contact your school principal directly for additional information regarding the decision.
